Every rental is month-to-month.  You may stay as long as you need.  Each rental is prorated the first month.  Set-up fees are $22 and charged for phone rentals.  For all online rentals, the set-up fee will be credited back to the customer at the end of you stay along with an honest review posted to our Google Maps page.  Every rental is charged a one time deposit of $45, which is reimbursable upon move out.
